Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a huge skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high intensity.
Add the chicken cuts and cook until they're as of now not pink. Eliminate from the dish and put away.
In a similar dish, add the minced garlic and ginger, and sautéed food for around 30 seconds.
Add the blended vegetables and pan fried food for around 5-7 minutes, until they're delicate.
Return the cooked chicken to the dish, and add soy sauce and clam sauce. Pan sear for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with steamed rice.
