Chicken Stir Fry Recipe With Rice


Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

In a huge skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high intensity.

Add the chicken cuts and cook until they're as of now not pink. Eliminate from the dish and put away.
